i smell so fucking bad i have such horrible hygiene and i am incapable of taking care of myself in any way

 i shower like once every 4 days and im so fucking greasy i smell like shit ill just wear the same underwea  like 3 days in a row and i can tell all my friends think i smell horrible but they wont t3ll me every i get really bad dandruff and also whenevr i wear light colored underwear i get horrible skidmarks bc i cant wipe my ass well god i smell so fucking bad what the fuck 

have you ever had a cigarette in the morning after a hot humid night and you havent showered or brushed your teeth in days? it is the most viscerally horrible experience, not in just this combination of body disgust and nicotine ingestion but in realizing your life is shit complete shit and youre doing this all for nothing what is the point youre really a sad sack of shit
